The Institute for Change and Innovation (formerly Guria Youth Resource Center), with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) project “Modernization of Vocational Education Systems in the Field of Agriculture of Georgia” (UNDP / SDC VET) project, announces Innovation Support Grant Program (Target Region – Guria). The program envisages acceptance / support of innovative ideas, project applications aimed at improving the existing practices in the field of agriculture. Project ideas should be aimed at introducing new technologies, cultural-mechanization or traditional methodologies in the field of agriculture at the community, municipal and regional levels, which will help to generate additional income prospects, increase crop volume, and meet effective, technical, cultural needs tailored to local needs. It is important to note that the grant (maximum 5,000 GEL) will not be given to you in cash, but the granting organization will buy the product, technology or service you require).
Also, in case of winning the competition of innovative ideas, the grant provides participation from the applicant (20% of the total cost of the project, of which 5% in cash).
