Meet Natia Mefarishvili, the winner of the startup grant competition
Natia is a specialist in sewing products. As a result of long-term work, she has accumulated a lot of experience.
After finishing her studies, Natia decided to return to the region and started her own business thanks to Startup Gran – she opened a sewing shop in the village and along with sewing, she works on embroidery with Georgian ornaments: embroidery with Khevsuri ornaments and embroidery with gold embroidery. Accepts various types of corporate and private orders.
The startup grant was issued within the framework of the Project “Skills for employment and Cooperation – Tailoring Opportunities for Regions of Georgia (SECTORs)” is funded by European Union and implemented by The Institute for Change and Innovation in partnership with Georgian Farmers’ Association, Institute of Democracy, and Association “Atinati”
