Since 2009, she has been an employee of the Institute for Change and Innovations of Innovation and Change in the following positions: journalist, project coordinator, social worker. Since 2012, she has been involved in the Civic Education Program, where her main activity is working with schools in the Guria region in the direction of small grants management and monitoring.
