📢📢📢 Admission to the preparatory training course continues
🔴 Those involved in the short-term training course will undergo a 50-hour course of both theoretical and practical training. The course will be led by experts from the Association for the Development of Agriculture (ADA).
✅ After completing the preparatory course, the participants will acquire the following skills:
• Rules for reproduction and care of plants representing the botanical family of cypresses
• Main methods of juniper (Juniperus L.) and Thuja (Thuja L.) propagation and care
• Taxus (Taxus L.) and podocarpus (Podocarpus L. Herit.) – basic methods of propagation and care
• Care-propagation methods of ornamental plants representative of the botanical family of boxwood.
• Rules for reproduction and care of plants representing the botanical family of thorny and laurel
• Modern agro-rules of vineyard planting, care and pruning
• Methods of care and reproduction of decorative plants of the botanical family of tea trees and manna trees
• Rules for propagation and care of plants representing the botanical family of the Shhindaceae and Pshataceae
• Rules for propagation and care of decorative plants representative of the honeysuckle botanical family
• Rules for reproduction and care of decorative plants representing the botanical family of oleanders and oleanders
• Rules for propagation and care of ornamental plants representative of the botanical family of Nyctaginaceae, Magdagverasaceae and Hydrangeas
✅ The participants belonged to the following target category:
● Local farmers
● Young people under the age of 35 with secondary education – who could not get higher or professional education due to economic hardship and belong to any vulnerable category (beyond the poverty line or low-income families, former migrant, former prisoner or probationer, etc.)
● Young people under the age of 35 who are out of education – those with incomplete secondary education or who left school at the basic level;
● Job-seeking young people under the age of 35 with higher education – a member of a low-income family;
● Women – facing economic and social difficulties (age is unlimited).
● Significant attention will be paid to the participation of women, internally displaced persons and persons with disabilities (in the case of the latter, their skills and abilities will be taken into account and consistency with the training and employment programs offered within the project) in all target regions.
