The program has been hosted periodically by the Institute for Innovation and Change since 2010. Within the framework of the program, adolescents aged 13 to 16 from economically and socially disadvantaged families living in Ozurgeti municipality learn English with the funding of the program and the help of highly qualified teachers.
In October 2024, the fifth cohort of students joined the four-semester program, and currently 26 adolescents are learning English.
The project is implemented by PH International with financial support from the United States Embassy. The Institute for Change and Innovation is the implementing partner of the program in Ozurgeti.
