🔵 Meet the enamel master Salome Gabedava
📌 Salome has several years of work experience in the enamel field. He returned to Guria, Ozurgeti city during the pandemic. At that time, he took part in the startup grant competition announced within the framework of the “SECTORs” project funded by the European Union and won the grant.
📌 As a result of obtaining the grant, Salome created an online store of enamel jewelry “Samshvenisi” and actively started working on the collection, she also accepts private orders. Salome already has about 50 collection works. He has also taken on apprentices and will teach local youth the art of partition glazing. Currently, Salome has three apprentices who are actively learning how to work on partition enamel and take part in making collectible works.
📌 The startup grant was issued within the framework of the Project “Skills for employment and Cooperation – Tailoring Opportunities for Regions of Georgia (SECTORs)” is funded by European Union and implemented by The Institute for Change and Innovation in partnership with Georgian Farmers’ Association, Institute of Democracy, and Association “Atinati”
