WHO WE ARE

The Institute for Change and Innovation (former Guria Youth Resource Center) was founded in 2002 and up to date it has implemented more than 50 projects funded by international donor organizations.

Mission

Individuals and organizations in Georgia to have the opportunity to develop in order to make positive changes for the social and economic well-being of the country.
For that, the organization implements programs for individuals and legal entities by introducing innovative approaches and participatory principles for transparency, accountability and equal opportunities.

ZVIAD ERADZE

ZVIAD ERADZE

In 1997 he graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, the Department of Economics.
In 1999 he passed the certified course of the EU TACIS Business Management and Finance.
In 2002 he co-founded Guria Youth Resource Center, now Institute for Change and Innovation and his job is still linked to the organization.
He participated in various international, educational, professional training or exchange programs in the United States and Europe.
He was a director of more than 20 projects funded by the international donor organizations.

TAMAR GHLONTI

TAMAR GHLONTI

In 1998 she graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, the Faculty of Philology.
In 2002 she co-founded Guria Youth Resource Center, now Institute for Change and Innovation and she still works in the organization.
She participated in various international educational and professional trainings and exchange programs in the United States and Europe.
Up to now, she was the director more than 15 projects funded by the international donor organizations.

TEDO KHOMERIKI

TEDO KHOMERIKI

In 1996 he graduated from the Humanitarian-Economic Institute "Gaenati" as a specialist of an Economics.
1998-2006 he worked as the branch manager at "Aldagi" the insurance company in Guria region.
In 2006 he completed the Certified Program for Accountants at the Georgian federation of Professional Auditors and Accountants.
In 2016 he passed the first level of the ACCA.
Since 2006, he has been a financial manager at the Institute for Change and Innovation and he is an accountant of several projects funded by the international donor organizations.

INGA DUMBADZE

INGA DUMBADZE

In 1999 she graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Department of Philology.
In 1999 and 2001 she worked as a correspondent in regional TV Company “Guria”.
In 2004, she was a trainer of an educational program for voters in IFES ltd.
Since 2004 she has worked as a coordinator of the Civic Education Component at Institute for Change and Innovation.

QETEVAN GOBRONIDZE

QETEVAN GOBRONIDZE

In 2008 she graduated from Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, the Department of Journalism.
In 2008 and 2009 she worked as a journalist in "Guria News", the independent newspaper.
Since 2009, she has been working as a coordinator for Civic Education component at Institute for Change and Innovation.

ANA NOZADZE

ANA NOZADZE

In 2002 she graduated from the Industrial-Pedagogical College of Ozurgeti, the faculty of foreign languages.
Since 2008, she has been an English language teacher at public school of village Gomi in Municipality of Ozurgeti.
In 2013 she passed the certification test for teachers and was given the status of the Senior Teacher.
She has also been working as an ACCESS English language teacher at Institute for Change and Innovation since 2014.

NADIA KARDAVA

NADIA KARDAVA

In 2014 she graduated from Georgian National University "SEU" with the degree of Bachelor's of Humanitarian Sciences in English philology.
In 2014, she continued her studying at Ilia State University, the Master’s degree of philology in Foreign Languages (English).
Since March 2015, she has been working as an ACCESS English language teacher at Institute for Change and Innovation and and since October 2015, she also holds the position of an administrative assistant.

MARIKA MAMALADZE

MARIKA MAMALADZE

In 2016 she graduated from the department of Sociology at Ilia State University, in the same year she continued her studying on master's program in International Relations at Ilia State University.
Since 2015 she has been working as an Employment Center Coordinator / Youth Direction Manager at Institute for Change and Innovation.
She also participated in various international educational and vocational training programs.
Since 2016 She is a financial trainer of Sparkase Georgia and DVV International in Guria region.

OTAR REVISHVILI

OTAR REVISHVILI

In 2005 he successfully graduated from the faculty of Technical Studies at the Technical University, specialty in banking.
From 2006 until 2008, he studied at Georgian State University of Subtropical Agriculture, the faculty of Subtropical Agriculture, Economics and Tourism with specialties in management of business, and he got a master's degree.
From 2007 until 2012, he was a director of the Municipal Department at the LEPL Social Service Agency.
In 2012 and 2013 he worked in the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs.
From February 1, 2016, he started working at "Liberty Bank" at the internal monitoring service. In the same year, in August 1, he has been working for "DVV international" – as a business consultant and at Institute for Change and Innovation. as a coordinator of business development component.
