The project is implemented by the Institute for Change and Innovation\u00a0 \u00a0In partnership with Georgian Farmers\u2019 Association, Institute of Democracy, and Association \u201cAtinati\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd34 About the project:<\/p>\n<p>The project &#8211; &#8220;Skills for employment and Cooperation \u2013 Tailoring Opportunities for Regions of Georgia (SECTORs)&#8221; &#8211; is funded by the European Union and implemented by the Institute for Change\u00a0 and\u00a0 Innovation (former Guria Youth Resource Center) in partnership with the Georgian Farmers&#8217; Association, the Institute for Democracy and Atinati.<\/p>\n<p>The project aims to improve the employment opportunities of vulnerable groups in the community through sectoral partnership incentives, entrepreneurship education offers and the introduction of innovative approaches to contribute to the economic development of the project&#8217;s target regions. The target regions are Guria, Adjara, Samegrelo.<br \/>\nAim of the grant program: To increase the economic well-being of the target group members and to promote employment.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Target municipalities:<\/p>\n<p>Adjara &#8211; Batumi, Keda, Kobuleti;<br \/>\nSamegrelo &#8211; Zugdidi, Tsalenjikha, Senaki;<br \/>\nGuria &#8211; Ozurgeti, Chokhatauri, Lanchkhuti.<\/p>\n<p>Eligibility to participate in the grant competition:<\/p>\n<p>Young people under 35 with secondary education &#8211; who due to economic hardship could not get higher or vocational education and belong to any vulnerable category (low-income or low-income families, former migrants, former prisoners or probationers, etc.)<br \/>\nYoung people under 35 beyond education &#8211; with incomplete secondary education or who have dropped out of school at the basic level;<br \/>\n\u2714 Young job seekers with higher education under 35 &#8211; a member of a low-income family;<br \/>\n\u2714 Women &#8211; facing economic and social difficulties (age is unlimited);<br \/>\n\u2714 Persons with disabilities;<br \/>\n\u2714 \u00a0Internally displaced persons;<br \/>\n\u2714 People who have lost their jobs and incomes as a result of a pandemic caused by the spread of Covid 19.<\/p>\n<p>Participation in the competition is limited to:<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 \u00a0Persons with problem credit history;<br \/>\n\u2714 Recipients of funding under ongoing EU-funded projects;<br \/>\n\u2714 Registered entrepreneurial entities;<br \/>\n\u2714 Persons whose proposed facility (land, building, etc.) where the project is planned, is encumbered with a mortgage and \/ or is seized.<br \/>\n\u2714 The persons proposed by the object (land, building, etc.) on which the grant activities are to be carried out are not in its ownership (only the object on which a long-term lease is registered is considered in the competition).<\/p>\n<p>Grant Funding Principle:<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 \u00a0The minimum amount of funding under the grant competition is \u20ac 500 and the maximum is \u20ac 5,000.<br \/>\n\u2714 \u00a0Grant funding is based on the principle of co-participation and the applicant&#8217;s share should be at least 10% of the total application budget.<\/p>\n<p>For more information on the grant competition, see: <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3304jpL\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/3304jpL<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The project idea can be submitted in two forms: electronic and material (printed).<br \/>\nApplications can be submitted electronically:<br \/>\nGuria:<br \/>\nici.info.02@gmail.com<br \/>\nContact person: Ioseb Tsiklauri, 555233322<br \/>\nAdjara:<br \/>\ngrants@iod.ge<br \/>\nContact person: Keti Lomadze, 558 48 49 85<br \/>\nSamegrelo:<br \/>\noffice@atinati.org<br \/>\nContact person: Khatuna Gadelia, 571 315 398<\/p>\n<p>When submitting an application by e-mail, it is necessary for the applicant to indicate Startup 2022 in the subject field.
