The project is funded by the European Union and aims to improve the employment opportunities of vulnerable groups through the promotion of sectoral partnerships, entrepreneurship education and the introduction of innovative approaches to contribute to the economic development of the project target regions. The area of \u200b\u200bimplementation is Guria, Adjara and Samegrelo.<\/p>\n<p>Individuals involved in the personal development program, with the help of a professional coach \/ consultant, develop personal skills and have the right professional orientation for further education and employment.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, after completing the personal growth program, participants will have the opportunity to engage in vocational education programs, master various professions through apprenticeships, receive an entrepreneurial education, be employed in project target organizations, and start their own business through a project-defined grant program.
