Donor:\u00a0US Agency for International development (USAID)<\/p>\n

Goal:\u00a0Creating the precedent of surveying public problems, grouping them according to priorities, preparing petitions, collecting the signatures, presentation and discussion at the Municipal Councils and supporting the formation of the successful practice of this significant innovation.<\/p>\n

In 20 municipalities of the project target municipalities in Ajara, Guria and Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti (Upper Svaneti) will create precedents for the community members to research and prioritize problems, develop petitions and present to municipality assemblies for further review. It will create best practices for this innovation.<\/p>\n
